Do you fly drones legally?

Yes. Richard holds an advanced drone certification, so aerial photos and video are captured safely and within Canadian aviation rules.

Can you handle everything in one visit, photos, video, and measurements?

Yes. We can combine real estate photography, videography, drone shots, RMS measurements, and floor plans into a single visit, so you're not scheduling multiple appointments.

Are you available outside regular hours?

We're open 7 days a week from 9 to 5. If you need something outside that window, call ahead and we can look at special arrangements.

Do you only shoot listings, or can you help with my personal brand too?
